Includes a posture analysis, Pilates fitness assessment & introduction to Pilates Principles.

Pilates Allegro Checklist
* Be sure your health history is completed and turned in prior to your  first class.

* Please discuss any medical concerns with your instructor and obtain your physician's approval before starting an exercise program.

* If something is uncomfortable or painful, stop. Remember, there's no gain from pain.

* Please prepay for your sessions.

* Please call in cancellations 24 hours in advance.

* Refrain from wearing dangling jewelry and secure loose hair.

* Wear leggings: knee/ankle length & a waist length form fitting top.

* Come barefoot - no shoes or socks. Bring a small hand towel.

* Arrive on time!! If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience clients who do arrive on time.
